I was overwhelmed by anything technology related, I had created a mental block.  Val patiently walked me through step by step, and also explained the different social media platforms to me and suggested meaningful steps that I could take to develop my brand - at a pace that I was comfortable with.

Val is very easy to talk to; she is very good at getting to the essence of what you're trying to say and improving on the idea.  Val is a storyteller.  She has a talent with words.  She took my ideas and wove them into a cohesive and compelling story.
